Comfort Barrier Cream
Support
your barrier.
Comfort that holds.
For skin that feels dry, tight, or easily unsettled. Comfort Barrier Cream holds water and lipids together — 14% lipids, led by 8% squalane — so a dry, stressed barrier stays comfortable.
The Essentials
Why moisturizer often fails
Moisture needs
a barrier.
Skin stays comfortable longer when water and lipids are there together. So instead of a cream that hands skin more water, we looked at the barrier that keeps water from leaving.
Comfort Barrier Cream is built for the comfort that stays — not the dewy feel that flashes off a few minutes later.

FIG 1.1 · Lamellar Liquid Crystal
Built like the skin
it sits on.
FIG 1.1
FIG 1.1 · Water and oil phases in alternating layers — a lamellar liquid-crystal structure that mirrors the lipid arrangement between cells in the stratum corneum.
An olive-derived emulsion system — cetearyl olivate and sorbitan olivate — arranges the cream into a lamellar liquid-crystal structure: water and oil in alternating layers. It mirrors the way lipids are ordered between cells in the stratum corneum, so the cream stays close to the skin without feeling heavy — and slows the water that escapes.
FIG 1.2 · Triple HA + γ-PGA Booster
A soft, supple
surface layer.
Polyglutamic acid — γ-PGA forms a moisture film at the surface — so the hydration from hyaluronic acid holds longer.
Around it, a high level of organic glycerin and three weights of hyaluronic acid fill the skin with water — from the surface down through the stratum corneum.

14% lipids
to back the barrier.
Comfort Barrier Cream pairs 8% olive-derived squalane with 6% shea butter — 14% lipids chosen to help hold moisture in without a heavy finish. Squalane is the stable form of squalene, a lipid that makes up around 12% of human sebum.
Measured

In a 30-person German Dermatest® patch test, no reactions were observed under the test conditions — a top rating of "Excellent."

Who
it's for.
Skin differs. Under one principle — Support Your Barrier — Comfort Barrier Cream is a standard amount for dry and combination skin, and a smaller amount for oily skin.
Dry & combination skin
Best suited to dry and combination skin that needs both hydration and lipids: 14% total lipids, triple HA, and γ-PGA to hold water on a weakened barrier — the core target. Combination skin: adjust by zone — a little more on dry areas.
Standard amount · morning & night
Oily skin
Use a smaller amount, or target dry areas only — more of a nighttime or spot finish than an everyday cream. Spread it thin rather than thick.
Smaller amount · targeted · nighttime-leaning

Comfortable,
every time.
The last step after cleanser, toner, and serum. Warm it in your hands, spread it gently, and press a little more onto dry areas.
STEP 01
The right amount
About a fingertip's length for the whole face. A little more in dry seasons, a little less in summer.
STEP 02
Spread from the palms
Spread with your whole palms, not fingertips — from the center of the face outward.
STEP 03
A second pass on dry spots
Cheeks, around the mouth and eyes — a light second layer where skin dries first. Thin, not thick.
