Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Living Lively Inc. (the "Company") and users in connection with the internet-related services (the "Services") provided through the Olivarrier online store (https://www.olivarrier.com, the "Store").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Store" means the online place of business set up by the Company to sell goods or services (the "Products") to users through information and communication facilities.
2. "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Store and receives the Services under these Terms.
3. "Member" means a user who has registered with the Store and may use the Services on a continuing basis.
4. "Non-member" means a user who uses the Services without registering as a member.
5. "Purchase Agreement" means the contract a user enters into with the Company to purchase Products through the Store.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

1. The Company posts these Terms, together with its trade name, representative's name, business address, phone number, email address, business registration number, mail-order business registration number, and the name of its privacy officer, on the initial or a linked screen of the Store so that users can easily find them.
2. Before a user agrees to these Terms, the Company may provide a separate linked screen or pop-up so the user can understand important matters such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions.
3. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law.
4. When the Terms are amended, the Company announces the effective date and the reason for the amendment at least 7 days in advance. Changes that are unfavorable or material to users are, in principle, announced at least 30 days in advance and individually notified to members by email or similar means.
5. Amended Terms apply to contracts entered into on or after the effective date. Contracts already concluded before the effective date remain subject to the prior Terms unless the user and the Company agree otherwise.
6. Operating policies, individual product pages, and shipping/return policies may supplement these Terms but do not apply to the disadvantage of users in a manner contrary to these Terms or applicable law.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

1. The Company performs the following: (i) providing product information and concluding Purchase Agreements; (ii) delivering or providing Products under concluded agreements; (iii) member management, customer support, reviews, and other services needed to operate the Store; and (iv) other tasks the Company determines.
2. If Products are out of stock or specifications change for unavoidable reasons, the Company may change the content of Products to be provided under future contracts, and will indicate the change and its effective date in an easily visible place such as the relevant product page.
3. If the Company can no longer provide a Product for which a Purchase Agreement has been concluded, it will notify the user without delay and, with the user's consent, provide a substitute or refund the payment.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Services for reasons such as inspection, maintenance, or replacement of facilities, communication failures, force majeure, or other unavoidable causes.
2. Planned suspensions are announced in advance; where advance notice is impossible due to urgent or uncontrollable causes, notice is given without delay afterward.
3. The Company is liable under applicable law for damages caused to users by its intent or negligence.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

1. A user applies for membership by entering information in the form set by the Company and agreeing to these Terms and to the collection and use of personal information.
2. The Company accepts the application unless one of the following applies: (i) the applicant previously lost membership under these Terms and the Company has not approved re-registration; (ii) the applicant used another person's information or provided false required information; (iii) the applicant is under 14 and lacks the legal representative's consent or other requirements under applicable law; or (iv) there is a significant technical obstacle or acceptance is not permitted under applicable law.
3. Membership is completed when the Company's acceptance reaches the applicant.
4. Members must correct changes to their registered details in the Store or notify the Company without delay.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Membership and Restriction of Qualification)

1. A member may request withdrawal from the Store at any time, and the Company processes it in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
2. Withdrawal does not affect Purchase Agreements already concluded, delivery, returns/refunds, or transaction information that must be retained under applicable law.
3. The Company may restrict use of the Services or suspend membership if a member: (i) provided false information during registration or ordering; (ii) used another person's payment means or information without authorization; (iii) failed to pay amounts owed by the due date; (iv) interfered with others' use of the Services or intentionally disrupted normal operation of the Store; or (v) violated the law or these Terms.
4. Where the Company revokes membership, it will, in principle, notify the reason and provide an opportunity to explain. In cases requiring urgent harm prevention or immediate action under the law, it may act first and notify afterward.

Article 8 (Notices to Members)

1. The Company may notify members through their registered email address, text message, app, or in-store notification.
2. The Company may substitute individual notice by posting notices to unspecified members on the Store for at least 7 days. Matters that materially affect a member's transactions are notified individually.

Article 9 (Purchase Requests and Consent to Provide Personal Information)

1. Users place orders after confirming the Products, quantity, delivery address, payment method, shipping fee, and final payment amount in the Store.
2. The Company provides a procedure for users to confirm order details and correct input errors before payment.
3. Where personal information must be provided to a third party such as a recipient or carrier, the Company informs the user of the necessary matters and obtains consent in accordance with applicable law, except where otherwise provided by law.

Article 10 (Formation of the Purchase Agreement)

1. The Company may decline or cancel a purchase request where: (i) the request contains falsehood, omission, or error; (ii) a minor purchases goods that cannot be purchased without a legal representative's consent; (iii) the Product is out of stock or payment is not approved; (iv) there is reasonable cause of an abnormal bulk order for resale, fraudulent payment, or other conduct harmful to transaction order; or (v) acceptance is technically impracticable or contrary to applicable law.
2. The Purchase Agreement is formed when the Company's order confirmation or acceptance reaches the user.
3. The Company's acceptance includes the order details, payment details, delivery information, and methods for changing or cancelling the order.

Article 11 (Payment Methods)

1. Users may pay for Products using available methods provided by the Store, such as credit card, easy payment, or bank transfer.
2. Electronic payments (card, easy payment) on the Korean store are processed through the payment gateway service of Toss Payments Co., Ltd.
3. The Company does not unfairly add fees other than the product price to a user's payment method.
4. Policies of the payment provider, exchange rates, or fees arising during international payment follow the provider's terms.
5. Payment methods available on the global store are credit card, Apple Pay, and PayPal; the methods actually available are shown on the payment screen.

Article 12 (Order Confirmation, Change, and Cancellation)

1. The Company sends an order-receipt or confirmation notice upon a user's purchase request.
2. Before a Product is shipped, a user may request a change or cancellation, or correct an order error, through the Store or customer support.
3. Changes or cancellations after a Product has shipped follow the withdrawal and return procedures in Articles 15 and 16.

Article 13 (Supply and Delivery of Products)

1. The Company delivers Products according to the supply timing shown on the product page, order screen, or shipping policy. Absent a separate agreement, it takes the steps necessary for delivery within the period set by applicable law.
2. The Korean store applies free shipping on all products and delivers through carriers such as CJ Logistics and Lotte Global Logistics. Orders placed before 1 p.m. on business days are, in principle, shipped the same day and later orders the next business day; delivery then typically takes 1–3 days. Where this may differ due to stock, order volume, remote-area delivery, or carrier circumstances, the Company provides separate notice.
3. The global store ships by Korea Post EMS to most destinations. Delivery time varies by destination country, customs, and local carrier, so no fixed arrival date is guaranteed; estimated delivery information is shown on the order screen or shipping policy.
4. Free shipping applies to global orders of USD 60 or more; shipping fees for orders under USD 60 are shown at checkout. The specific calculation basis and eligible regions follow the display on the payment screen and shipping policy.
5. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and local charges, and who bears them, may be shown separately according to the order screen, shipping policy, or the law of the destination country.
6. The Company provides the carrier and tracking information where possible so users can track delivery.

Article 14 (Inability to Supply and Refund)

If the Company cannot supply an ordered Product due to being out of stock or similar causes, it notifies the user without delay and, if payment has already been received, refunds it or takes the steps necessary for a refund within the period set by applicable law.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Returns)

1. For consumer transactions governed by Korean law, a user may withdraw a subscription within 7 days from the date of receiving the written contract, or, if supply occurs later, within 7 days from the date the Product is supplied or supply begins.
2. If a Product is delivered differently from the display, advertisement, or contract, the user may withdraw within 3 months from the date of supply, or within 30 days from the date the user knew or could have known the fact.
3. Withdrawal by a user's change of mind may be restricted in the following cases, except where packaging was damaged to check the Product's contents; the Company clearly indicates any restriction required by law in advance: (i) the Product is lost or damaged due to a cause attributable to the user; (ii) the Product's value has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption; (iii) the Product's value has significantly decreased with the passage of time to the extent resale is difficult; (iv) the packaging of a reproducible Product was damaged; (v) the Product is individually made to order and the user separately consented in advance to the restriction; or (vi) the provision of a service or digital content has begun and the legal requirements for restriction are met.
4. Notwithstanding paragraph 3, the Company provides Korean-store members with one unconditional free return per account within 7 days after delivery is completed. This policy also applies where the Product has been opened or used, and where the Product does not suit the customer's skin. It may not apply in cases clearly contrary to the purpose of the policy, such as intentional damage, substantial consumption of the contents, missing components, or repeated or fraudulent use.
5. For the Korean store, ordinary change-of-mind returns are available in unopened condition within 7 days after delivery is completed, and the Company bears domestic return shipping, including the special return under paragraph 4.
6. For overseas orders: if damage or an incorrect item is confirmed, the Company covers the return shipping and provides an exchange or refund. Change-of-mind returns are accepted where the return conditions are met, in which case round-trip shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Where a mandatory law of the destination country guarantees the user broader rights, that law prevails.
7. The Korean statutory withdrawal standard in paragraph 1 and the Korean special return policy in paragraph 4 do not mean an "unconditional 7-day return" or "free return" for overseas orders. Overseas orders are also subject to the separate Shipping & Returns policy posted on the Store.
8. To request a domestic withdrawal or return, users apply through the Store's order history or customer support (1577-3230, support@findlively.com). For overseas orders, email support@findlively.com with your order number and, in the case of damage or an incorrect item, a photo. After the request is received, the Product must be returned to the return address and by the method provided to you.

Article 16 (Effects of Withdrawal)

1. Upon withdrawal, the user returns the Product received to the Company.
2. The Company refunds the payment already received within 3 business days from the date it receives the returned Product. If the refund is delayed, the Company pays the delay interest set by applicable law.
3. For payments made by credit card or easy payment, the Company requests the payment provider to suspend or cancel the charge. The actual refund completion date may vary depending on the provider's schedule.
4. The Company bears domestic return shipping and the shipping needed to process overseas damage or incorrect items. For overseas change-of-mind returns, round-trip shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Where a return is recognized under a mandatory law of the destination country, return costs follow that law and the policy disclosed in advance.
5. The Company does not claim a penalty or damages against a user on the ground of a lawful withdrawal.

Article 17 (Protection of Personal Information)

1. The Company collects and uses the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Services and does not use it beyond its purpose or provide it to third parties without the user's consent, except where there is a legal basis.
2. Specific matters regarding the collection, use, provision, retention, and destruction of personal information follow the Privacy Policy posted on the Store.
3. The Company implements the technical and administrative safeguards necessary to protect personal information.

Article 18 (Company's Obligations)

1. The Company complies with the law and these Terms and strives to provide the Services stably.
2. The Company operates customer support to receive and handle users' legitimate opinions or complaints.
3. Where the Company's advertised product information differs from what is actually provided, it takes the necessary measures under applicable law and these Terms.

Article 19 (Management of Account and Password)

1. Members must keep their account and password safe and must not let a third party use them.
2. A member who becomes aware of account theft or unauthorized use must notify the Company immediately.
3. A member may be liable for damages arising from the member's negligent management, absent the Company's intent or negligence.

Article 20 (Users' Obligations)

Users must not: (i) register false content during application or change; (ii) use another person's information, account, or payment means without authorization; (iii) alter Store information without authorization or access the Services by abnormal means; (iv) infringe the copyright, trademark, personal information, reputation, or other rights of the Company or a third party; (v) interfere with normal operation of the Store, such as bulk purchases via automated means or abnormal orders for resale; or (vi) act in violation of the law, public order and morals, or these Terms.

Article 21 (Reviews and Postings)

1. Copyright in reviews, questions, and other postings a user creates on the Store belongs, in principle, to the author.
2. The user permits the Company to display such postings within the Store and to store, reproduce, or reformat them to the extent needed to operate the Services. To use a posting for advertising or marketing outside the Store, the Company obtains the author's separate consent.
3. The Company may, after prior notice, delete or restrict access to postings that: (i) infringe another's rights or disclose personal information without authorization; (ii) contain false facts, insults, illegal information, or content violating applicable law; or (iii) are advertisements unrelated to Products, repetitive postings, or significantly disrupt operation of the Services. In cases requiring urgent prevention of rights infringement or performance of a legal duty, it may act first and notify afterward.

Article 22 (Copyright and Use Restrictions)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in content created by the Company and in the Store's compilations belong to the Company or the rightful holder.
2. Users must not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or let a third party use the Store's content for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent.
3. Use of product names, brand names, trademarks, and images is subject to the Trademark Act, the Copyright Act, and other applicable laws.

Article 23 (Coupons and Points)

1. The Company may issue members coupons or points allowing a discount on all or part of the product price.
2. When issuing coupons and points, the Company indicates the main conditions, such as eligible use, discount amount or rate, minimum order amount, whether combined use is allowed, validity period, and expiration conditions.
3. Coupons and points may be used within the stated validity period and may expire once it passes. The Company informs members in advance, in a way they can confirm, of upcoming expiration.
4. When an order is cancelled or returned, coupons and points issued or used for that order are recovered or restored according to the standards the Company has disclosed.
5. If a member obtains or uses coupons or points by improper means, the Company may recover them and restrict their use.
6. Unused coupons and points may expire upon withdrawal of membership. However, they may be held to the extent needed for a transaction while related orders, cancellations, returns, or refunds are in progress.
7. Notices essential to transactions—such as issuance, use, and expiration of coupons and points—may be sent through the member's registered email, text message, messaging app, or in-store notification. Promotional information such as discount events or purchase solicitations is sent only where separate consent has been obtained under applicable law.

Article 24 (Damages and Liability)

1. The Company and users each compensate the other for damage caused within the scope of their fault by violating these Terms or applicable law.
2. The Company is not liable where it cannot provide the Services due to force majeure, a telecommunications provider's failure, or other causes it cannot reasonably control, except where the Company acted with intent or negligence.
3. These Terms do not limit the Company's liability for intent or gross negligence, nor any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Article 25 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Company gives priority to handling users' legitimate opinions and complaints. Where prompt handling is difficult, it informs the user of the reason and the expected schedule.
2. E-commerce disputes between the Company and users may use the mediation procedures of relevant agencies such as the Korea Consumer Agency.

Article 26 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Korean law applies to these Terms and to transactions through the Store, provided that mandatory provisions of the country applicable to an overseas consumer are not excluded.
2. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users are filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act and other applicable laws.
